This week menu plan

Monday night:: Grass fed beef stir fry with veggies, ginger and garlic (subbed coconut aminos instead of soy sauce)  Even the kids loved it

Tuesday:: Pastured Pork Chops with a cherry sauce, mashed califlower and a side salad for lunch
               Brauts with sauerkraut and a mashed carrot, califlower, sweet potato mix for dinner

Wednesday:: Crock pot chicken with rosemary, Marks Daily apple beasty bbq sauce and salad with cukes

Thursday:: Steak and steamed brocolli

Friday:: TBD
